Job Description

- Main business partner for the local General Managers and Key Account Director for the frames category.
- Lead and develop a team of 6, including STARS Business Developers, STARS Specialists and Category Manager for Frames.
- Responsible for managing STARS accounts budget and forecast in collaboration with the KAM team, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed about any risks or opportunities.
- Plan and execute STARS perimeter expansion. Evaluate prospects with the KAM team, coordinate departments involved in the execution of customer integration project, and drive the customer onboarding process.
- Have regular meetings with customers and KAMs to discuss business results and specific needs related to the service provided.
- Coordinate sell out performance analysis to provide feedback to customers, KAMs, GMs and the Marketing department.
- Being able to analyze, interpret and effectively communicate the meaning of data and assumptions used to predict sales and business outcomes.
- Build and share ad-hoc reporting, using specific or multiple platforms (Business Objects, SAP)
- Coordinate regular execution of system and data checks to identify errors/misalignments that could affect service provided and business performance.
- Plan and oversee STARS shipments in collaboration with STARS merchandising team and logisitcs to meet clients/business needs.
- Overseeing processes to control, monitor and optimise STARS accounts inventory level.
- Constant process review and improvement to identify better ways to build synergies, foster communication and work efficiently.
- Define in collaboration with customer and involved departments, plans and actions related to product assortment strategy in order to maximise business opportunities to adapt to customer needs.
- Be the connection point across customers, local teams and corporate teams, to mediate and ensure effective communication.
- STARS Corporate Merchandising team – to define shipment plan, stock management strategy, drive business opportunities and review forecast.
- STARS Corporate Category team – to agree and define product related strategies and actions
- STARS Corporate IT team – to coordinate on integration projects plan and execution
- STARS Corporate Market Support team – to ensure accurate data sharing and model execution
- KAM team – to align on business targets, plans and customer needs.
- General Managers – to align on STARS business performance, priorities and strategy.
- Business Intelligence team – to constantly align on forecast expectations about STARS perimeter
- Marketing team – to coordinate execution of visibility plans and dedicated sell-out activations on STARS accounts
- Master data team – to manage settings related to clients or brands opening/closures
- Logistics team – to monitor delivery of goods, define ad-hoc shipment plans and request any relevant process customization
- Customers – to manage the partnership, build opportunities and deliver exceptional service
- PMS providers – to discuss and plan integration with their system to enable data sharing with our shared clients.

This is a management role within the UK&I market wholesale organisation, responsible for the management, growth and roll out of the STARS program. Responsible for growing sales, collaboration of departments and maximising customer performance in the STARS.
This role will report into the VP of Wholesale North Europe, and will have 6 direct reports.
