      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the care team with medication adherence and HEDIS-related functions to improve Star ratings
      - Review and audit charts to ensure accurate documentation and identify opportunities for quality improvement
      - Utilize data and reporting to prioritize work efforts and close quality gaps
      - Conduct telephonic outreach with members, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders
      - Document completed work efforts and assist with day-to-day quality tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the Medicare Star ratings program and its influence on ratings
      - Experience in the healthcare industry and/or health insurance
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with Medicare Star ratings
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse team members
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      - Knowledge of medication brand and generic names, medical terminology, and pharmaceutical calculations
