What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, coordinate, and perform startup activities for new or upgraded industrial equipment
- Collaborate with controls and automation teams to ensure integration of vibration monitoring systems
- Maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test results and turnover packages
- Perform cooling tower inspections and ensure readiness for operation
- Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on field experience with industrial equipment
- Familiarity with control systems, including VFDs and PLCs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of vibration analysis and mechanical maintenance best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Good organizational skills
