      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for a book of customers, managing inquiries via shared inbox and customer calls
      - Create high-quality onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars for customer self-service
      - Take ownership of medium and large projects that enhance customer engagement and retention practices
      - Collaborate with customers to define complex problems and develop comprehensive solutions
      - Maintain clear and empathetic communication with diverse user groups to ensure excellent customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in a role such as Startup Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Program Manager
      - Experience with complex and rapidly evolving products, such as recruiting SaaS tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and propose multiple solutions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
      - Keen attention to detail in customer interactions and documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or Acuity Scheduling
      - Previous experience in Recruiting or Recruiting Operations as an Ashby user
      - Demonstrated curiosity in addressing customer needs and improving workflows
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual projects
      - Enthusiasm for long-term customer engagement and relationship building
