What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support across all facets of the Bureau's operations
- Serve as the designated liaison for economic development matters, facilitating communication across agencies and stakeholders
- Analyze incentive programs and evaluate legislative proposals
- Prepare analytical materials and reports to support decision-making
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including occasional public speaking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in administrative support and familiarity with economic or policy-related work
- Proficiency in interpreting statutes, regulations, or policies
- Experience researching, interpreting, and analyzing economic and/or financial data
- Experience presenting to public groups
