What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce InterSystems products and services to government agencies and systems integrators
- Plan sales strategy and drive new business opportunities with target organizations
- Build relationships with Systems Integrators to include InterSystems technology in proposals
- Act as the liaison between InterSystems and customer accounts, developing and enhancing business relationships
- Represent InterSystems at sales and public sector-focused conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years track record of software sales success to state and local government agencies
- Experience selling software and cloud solutions, including workflow, data platforms, and analytics
- Understanding of state and local government contracting process
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in public health, public policy, public administration, business administration, data science, computer science, or related field
- Prior experience working with health information technology, platforms, or cloud-based offerings
- IT sales experience to the state and local government
