      In this role, you'll:

      This role will see you out and about at the station assisting customers and front-line staff, as well as dealing with challenging situations that require us to think on our feet and make critical decisions under pressure such as train delays and incidents.

      In addition, you will manage escalations, resolve conflict, and provide support to peers. You will be providing shift coverage across the Sydney Trains network, with shifts and locations potentially changing day-to-day.

      About you

      • You will have leadership experience managing a highly confident and dynamic team in an operational or high-pressure environment.
      • You have a willingness to learn, inspire and motivate the team you lead.
      • You are a customer advocate ensuring that the cleanliness and maintenance of our station environment meets community expectations.
      • You will be someone that is resilient, can think on your feet, able to make decisions independently and in tandem and genuinely wants to improve the customer experience.
      • You are customer focussed, approachable and passionate about owning each interaction and going the extra mile to support customers on their journey
      • You are solution orientated leader will strong communication skills and the demonstrated ability to support and develop others.
