What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted infection prevention advisor to key hospital stakeholders
- Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth
- Utilize data and analytics for informed business planning and to address customer priorities
- Collaborate with various partners for product education and technical support
- Represent the employer at conferences and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers and infection control practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare sales or clinical experience
- Experience in territory management and business planning
- Completion of a formal sales training program
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Outstanding data and analytical skills
