What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products supplied by the employer for assigned customers within the region
- Act as back-up to Retail Sales Consultants, performing assigned duties as needed
- Participate in various projects, including new item cut-ins, category resets, and shelf maintenance
- Assist with product placement and positioning on store shelves
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings as requested, maintaining good attendance and safe work practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of two (2) years of grocery, grocery sales, and/or distribution experience preferred
- Reliable transportation, including a car or access to public transport, and a smartphone device
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision
