- Support the CEO with administrative duties, including but is not limited to:
- Calendar management; scheduling and prioritizing appointments and commitments
- Travel arrangements - hotels, rental cars, itineraries, and expense reporting, etc.
- Support CEO inbox
- Special projects as needed
- Support the Vice President of Operations, with administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Human Resource support for hiring positions.
- Reviewing or coordinating contracts as needed.
- Reviewing and documenting Standard Operation procedures as needed.
- Leadership Team, Board of Directors, or other necessary parties to:
- Coordinate and manage details for biannual onsite all-staff gatherings
- Coordinate and manage details for quarterly Leadership Team meetings
- Coordinate and manage details for quarterly committee and Board meetings
- Coordinate and manage details for routine Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) initiatives
- Support coordination of in-person gatherings, plan and execute logistical details such as materials or contracts, audiovisual support, suite preparation, and banquet orders.
- For both in-person and virtual gatherings, assist with managing PowerPoint presentations, recordings and taking meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records, files, meeting minutes and other documentation for the Stonecroft Board book.
- Coordinate with the Leadership Team to prepare and distribute weekly internal communications for staff.
- Serve as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors with administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Scheduling board and committee meetings
- Taking board meeting minutes
- Assist the board with coordinating vendors as needed.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
- A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
- Strong attention to detail
- 4+ years of experience in related position
- 3+ years of experience in a non-profit organization
- Previous experience taking meeting minutes for a non-profit
- Demonstrated excellence in clear, professional oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word...)
- Working knowledge of Strety
- Working knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System
Primary Position Responsibility: This full-time remote position provides high-level administrative support to Stonecroft's CEO and Leadership Team. This role focuses on coordination, organization, and execution of day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, exceptional time management and communication skills, and a personal connection with Stonecroft's mission and values. This position also requires an average of 24 days of travel per calendar year.
