      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
      - Support hiring, supervising, and training of employees to meet operational goals
      - Maintain high standards of customer service and food program execution
      - Handle cash management and bookkeeping responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and overnight

      - Experience in retail or management roles is required
      - Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, and team leadership
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods
