What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff supervision
- Help with hiring, training, and motivating team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food program execution
- Maintain bookkeeping and merchandising responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership and a sense of urgency while advocating for customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail and/or supervisory roles
- Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Ability to handle cash and perform bookkeeping tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in food handling
- College degree or additional retail management training
- Proven ability to motivate and teach others
- Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a retail environment
