What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager with overseeing store operations and staff management
- Support the hiring, supervising, and training of team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have flexible availability for shifts
- Previous retail experience is required
- Supervisor or management experience is preferred

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds

- Experience in food handling or food service
