      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
      - Assist other team members with customer inquiries using your parts knowledge
      - Deliver outstanding customer care and engage positively with every customer
      - Welcome customers into the store and enhance their shopping experience
      - Utilize technology, including computers and cash registers, to assist customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid Driver's License
      - Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn
      - High School Diploma or GED; Technical or Trade school courses or degree preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong listening skills and empathy for customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background and/or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
      - Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, or auto body/collision
      - Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
      - ASE Certifications
