- 18+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
- Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team lineup, a degree in management.
- Advanced analyticity to maximize the store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process-orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management.
- Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach, and motivate team members to drive an excellent customer experience.
- Actively build your diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching, and motivating the team members while acting as a role model to drive an excellent customer experience.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own and your team's learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
- Create and lead a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, and analyzing data and trends to probe and challenge the status quo while addressing identified improvement areas in order to maximize the profitability of your store.
- Oversees and manages all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and Inventory processes.
- Ensure all HR, legal, and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and a working environment for the team.
