  Job Description

  Delivering the best in technology and appliances starts with service – and our Noel Leeming Passionate Experts are key to our success. The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the best support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases.

  As Store Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your store - from the team to the customers, finances, marketing and visual merchandising. You will be engaging and motivating your team to bring technology out of the box, off the shelf, and to life and your team will need to spark the customers’ imagination through advice, education and live demonstrations.

  The store team is a diverse one that provides a full end-to-end service to the customer. From service instore to delivery and you will oversee the team to deliver this.

  KeriKeri is rapidly expanding, we are seeing exponential growth in store sales. This store is located in an established shopping centre and is the only standalone electronic retailer in the location selling some great quality products and ranges.

  With an experienced Assistant Manager and 3IC in place, you'll be leading and experienced team who go above and beyond to support each other and their customers. It's a fun environment with strong store standards, where the team rely on each other and hold each other accountable.

  Qualifications

  We need someone who is passionate about technology, our products and what we do. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities would be something that comes easy to you and you pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.

  You will already be commercially savvy and demonstrate a good understanding of retail and what drives business performance. We're looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality and who believes that service and relationship building with customers is key.

  Ideally you will have:

  • Proven management experience, and significant retail experience
  • The skills to recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
  • Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
  • Competence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability, to drive change.
