      • Full time role
      • Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays (2 a month)

      Let’s talk about the role:

      The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operating, running and achievement of their store. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that their team is inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales, key performance indicators and customer service.

      • Drive a culture that is laser focused on amazing customer service
      • Effective leadership and management of the team
      • Lead, motivate, develop & drive the team to achieve commercial targets.
      • Liaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain business in the local area
      • Manage, coordinate and approve leave applications for team members. Ensure alignment with roster requirements. Manage store rosters aligned with sales volumes and team members leave. Ensure each store is running at optimal staffing levels.
      • Recruit, onboard and mentor staff as required
      • Manage stock control including but not limited to ordering, movement through stock transfers to and from the store, stock takes etc. Complete merchandising as required.
      • Maintain relationships of key stakeholders
      • Work collaboratively with multi-function teams and other store managers

      • Previous success in retail management
      • Ability to recruit and motivate a team. You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through change
      • Sales focused and goal-driven
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills
      • A passion for creating a fantastic customer experience
      • Full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures
      • Experience in managing the performance, training and development of a team
