Role purpose: We are looking for a result driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Responsibilities
• Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• •Additional store manager duties as needed

Administration
• Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms
• Inform on any malfunctioning of all operations in shops

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

Education / Experience
• Business university degree preferred
• Proven successful experience in sales

Specific Knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly
• Ability to work within the target set
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Very good command of Albanian language and English preferred.
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft office programs

Business Understanding
– Good understanding of the area
– Understanding of the telecom business
– Understanding of the telecom market and applications
