Today, there are more than 6,000 NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores. About 1,000 of them are corporate owned, and Genuine Parts Company is the employer for these locations. However, there are about 5,000 independently owned and operated NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores where individual store owners are the employer. This position is through an independently owned and operated store.

- Want the satisfaction of operating a NAPA store
- Demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness
- Are driven to identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
- Can shift into high gear in our fast-paced retail stores
- Will jump into helping outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
- Build, guide and develop an engaged team to deliver outstanding levels of customer care and business results
- Protect and maintain the security of store assets
- Display pride in navigating a store recognized for safety and appearanceQualifications
• Have minimum of three year’s experience as auto parts store manager (NAPA experience preferred)
• Be highly responsible, have good leadership qualities and be able to deliver great customer service.
• Have a friendly personality, and a professional manner.
• Possess a strong character and always deal fairly with both employees and customers.
• Possess personal drive, self-motivation and initiative.
• Possess understanding of inventory controls, stocking levels
• Possess strong customer relationship management skills.Additional Information
