- Ensuring that the shop achieves its sales targets and brand guidelines are well executed
- Maintaining world-class customer service and enhancing the brand experience in the shop
- Delivering operational excellence through effective team management
- Motivating and inspiring the team by delivering a compelling vision and mission
- Ensuring targets are exceeded through proper planning, staff training, working closely with the warehouse team and monitoring expenditure
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience leading a Retail store team in a management role
- Take pride in your store, love interacting with customers
- Passionate about the sport industry
- Ambitious to provide best in class retail experience and willing to take part in regional / cross district projects
- Self-confident, self-motivated and team player. You take responsibility and ownership of all store related matters
- Excellent understanding of the local retail environment
- Good communicator and networker with community and other stores/organizations
- Digitally savvy
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Leveraging the brand service culture and customer experience
- Languages :
- Spain : Fluent
- English : Fluent. You will be often in contact with the headquarter.
- Customer service experience with excellent customer service skills
- Strong command of local language and English
- PC literate, able to manage & learn new systems, Excel and Word proficient; good command of MS Office is an advantage
- Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management
- Strong recruitment skills, hiring and inspiring retail teams who are brand fit
- Able to delegate tasks and resources, build trust in the team
- Great spirit of accountability and commitment
- You enable teamwork and personal growth
- Ability to analyse business trends and reports to drive sales
- Proven coaching success
- Experience in training retail teams to sell and provide seamless, exceptional brand experience in store through physical and digital tools

GENERAL PURPOSE
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for recruiting and building a high performing team able to educate and inspire our consumers. You are also responsible for achieving NPS targets, exceeding budgeted sales, monitoring expenses and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.
You will spend at least 70% of the time on the shop floor serving the customers and training, coaching and driving the team.
