      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute all floor sets, promotional updates, and product launches in alignment with corporate visual direction
      - Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure consistency across all assigned stores
      - Train and coach store teams on visual standards, product placement, and execution best practices
      - Analyze sales data to inform visual decisions and optimize product placement
      - Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to balance product flow and presentation needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, with previous leadership or retail experience
      - Strong understanding of retail reporting and ability to translate sales data into actionable visual strategies
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage a workload in a fast-paced retail environment
      - Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

      - Experience in training and developing retail teams
      - Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and brand storytelling
      - Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
