Coordinate with NAM to identify the field operations team members that will lead the project initiatives and schedule kickoff calls to review the scope, actions, and timeline of the project.
Assign all new projects that are qualified into our tracking system (Smartsheet).
Create timelines with key events and communicate with all team members including the customer for transparency and buy in.
Coordinate with the field operations team to procure all pricing required for bid and coordinate with NAM to present to customer for approval.
Coordinate contract execution with NAM and contracts team to getting agreements redlined and fully executed as applicable.
As projects are implemented continue to follow up with all team members on the status of actions and updated Smartsheet. Schedule regular cadence calls with NAM and Customer to review the status of projects.
As new business is executed, help to transition to our Customer Service and Accounting teams for future support.
Coordinate with Project Managers for onsite work performed, including, but not limited to regulatory inspections, participation in plant committees, waste characterization, shipping, profiling and document preparation for waste streams.
Provides data and reporting to customers in a manner consistent with contract or purchase order specifications.
Monitors sub-contractor services for completeness or deficiencies.
Help to coordinate quarterly business reviews with our sales team and present operational report outs.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Smartsheet software
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
Excellent presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must be detail oriented and possess technical aptitude.
Ability to work under pressure, exercise independent judgment and select effective course of action while controlling resources and expenditures.
Knowledge of complex regulations specific to the environmental waste industry, management principles and best practices including analysis and evaluation and research methods and strategies.
3+ years experience in program management with matrix and cross-functional project teams.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Strategic Account Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached and serving as a direct point of contact for our customers in coordination with National Account Managers (NAM) and Strategic Accounts Executives (SAE). This position will coordinate through our operations matrix to ensure tasks are clearly identified, assigned, and executed within the scope of the opportunity. They will also provide regular status updates, avoid and mitigate risk to optimize our performance as well as build internal processes to enhance our customers' onboarding experience and promote customer zeal.
