      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire new business and develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities aligned with company targets
      - Present innovative sales solutions to prospective customers, establishing the employer as a market leader
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
      - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, promoting a comprehensive range of services
      - Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices while embracing travel opportunities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1+ years of 3PL sales experience, specifically in LTL and Final Mile
      - Pre-existing book of business that can be transferred to the employer
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
      - 3+ years of brokerage/3PL sales experience
      - Ability to commute to the employer's Boyertown, PA office as needed
