      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary architect of partnerships with university clients, managing the full lifecycle of client relationships
      - Provide proactive consultation and deliver consultative insights to drive outcomes aligned with client goals
      - Collaborate with data analysts to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that demonstrate ROI
      - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across university hierarchies to ensure partnership resilience
      - Lead renewal discussions and execute strategies to mitigate risks with at-risk accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus for credibility with university leadership
      - Proven experience in client success or account management, particularly in a SaaS, data, or consulting environment
      - Deep professional experience engaging with higher education administration or research strategy
      - Strong analytical communication skills to interpret and convey complex data
      - Proactive mindset with the ability to seek out conversations and engage with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in strategic engagement with university leadership, including deans and provosts
      - Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and virtual presentation platforms
      - Ability to manage a complex portfolio while remaining agile in a fast-paced environment
