What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage the General Partner's schedule, optimizing time blocks and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee inbox and communications management, tracking scheduling to-dos and meeting follow-ups
- Manage fundraising pipeline and follow-ups, including thank-you notes and understanding communications priorities
- Plan and execute quarterly and annual events, handling logistics from venue selection to post-event follow-up
- Establish and manage systems and processes to ensure seamless daily operations and payroll for employees and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the venture capital ecosystem, including LPs, startups, and co-investors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, competing priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in venture capital is a plus
- Interest or passion for supporting entrepreneurs and the venture capital ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRM systems and relationship management tools, as well as AI tools
