- Serve as the day-to-day relationship contact for a large financial services partner
- Serve as the key point of contact for our Client Facing teams to help support and coordinate brokerage related questions with the brokerage operations team, and support RFP inquiries.
- Contribute to driving the IIG A&W goals as the product owner of our third-party brokerage offer.
- Oversee contractual obligations and guardrails of our relationship
- Partner with key contacts with our partner to determine relationship expectations, product enhancements and strategic objectives for the brokerage offer.
- Negotiate key client requests and operational expectations.
- Consult with partners and key stakeholders on the development of future capabilities.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Strong operational acumen, brokerage understanding is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and think strategically.
- Ability to consider implications to business, relationship, and broader business strategies and influence accordingly.
- Comfortable working with clients and client teams to represent our brokerage offer.
- Builds relationships with people at all levels internally and externally with ease and comfort and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

You will own the strategic partnership with a large financial services provider to provide brokerage services for our Retirement Accounts offer. The role will be responsible for managing the overall external relationship and working directly with clients and client-facing crew to help support and coordinate existing and prospective brokerage related efforts in partnership with our brokerage operations partners at Infosys.
