- Focus on driving new business through strategic partnerships
- Manage day-to-day business and grow specific 3rd party partnership programs
- Generate large scale online impressions through partner marketing, profitable sales, drive cross-brand purchase behavior and new customers across our Enterprise family of brands

- Maximize conversion and revenue to the 1800Flowers.com Enterprise
- Maximize external partner commission / rev shares with minimal CSIs
- Meet other, non-financial strategic objectives of partner - for example loyalty, value-added, retention, brand fit
- Relationship and sales skills and affinity
- Analytical, ability to manage to KPIs, attention to detail, highly organized task management, proactive, strong communicator, relentless in solving / closing out open issues, ability to work across multiple channels internally and externally
- Excited to explore new partner platforms and opportunities to support Enterprise growth

- Execute an overall strategy for partnership growth consisting of both retaining/growing/optimizing existing programs and ability to identify and launch NEW programs and partners
- Daily account management consisting of:
- Daily / weekly status calls w/internal teams and external partners
- Providing timely status updates and driving follow ups
- Ongoing daily/weekly/monthly reporting and associated data driven program recommendations
- Ability to provide test recommendations and support continuous improvement to the UX
- Liaison with all key internal channels supporting partner programs:
- Customer Service, IT, Floral Ops / Bloomnet (coverage), Finance, Creative, Merchandising, Web /Mobile Team
- Planning, forecasting, quarterly reviews -- analytical thinker, strategic recommendations based on trends
- Manage to internal test releases that impact partners -- communicate impact internally and externally
- Oversee ongoing, internal testing cadence of the UX across devices and various consumer behavior patterns/ entry points
- Monitor all partner entry points and provide data-driven view on performance and optimization recommendations ongoing
- Work closely with Customer Service to review and resolve any reported issues -- provide fast, articulate feedback and communication to partner
- Work with Floral Ops team to identify and remedy potential coverage or delivery issues supporting partner programs
- Work with Internal Brand Marketing leads, Creative, PR and other channels to fortify our position as a "Gifting/Celebrations Authority" -- provide value-added content, communications, and expertise to assist our partners
- Strong pulse on emerging gifting and new partner opportunities and competitive trends
- Work closely with ALL brands to curate cross-brand collections and associated partner communications
- Strategize with B2B Team for corporate gifting opportunities across partner platforms (like Smart Gift)
- Understand the current market, competitive landscape and opportunities to acquire new partners of same construct and identify new concepts "outside of the box"
- Strategic plan around testing to drive incremental improvement across partner programs
- BA/BS Degree or higher - MBA Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, affiliate marketing or partnerships
- Must be able to create, manage and run reports on their own via Google Analytics. Experience with Adobe or other Google Analytics alternatives is a plus
- Moderate travel based on business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills -- ability to collaborate with both external partners and across all internal supporting divisions

We are looking for a strategic thinker and doer - excited about driving new business across the Enterprise…the right candidate would be a team player, one that can effectively collaborate and communicate ideas and new opportunities to take Strategic Partnerships to the "next level".
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $85,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
