      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish marketing partnerships with non-profit organizations and clinical commercial laboratories in the area of multiple myeloma
      - Manage relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
      - Identify opportunities for partnership and develop proposals for funding
      - Coordinate internal teams for alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
      - Manage and track partnership metrics and represent the employer at industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
      - 4+ years' experience in marketing partnerships and collaborations in the healthcare industry, with a focus on oncology or hematology
      - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional weekends and international travel
      - Experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
