      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in Amazon Seller Central and related e-commerce processes
      - Respond to merchant and warehouse inquiries across multiple channels in a timely manner
      - Support third-party fulfillment of Amazon Prime orders and resolve related issues
      - Drive process optimization and improvements through cross-departmental collaboration
      - Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program distribution to internal and external audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
      - Ability to work non-standard work hours Monday-Friday (10:00 am EST - 7:00 pm EST)
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience with Amazon, including Seller Fulfilled Prime and/or Fulfilled by Merchant programs
      - Experience with e-commerce or third-party fulfillment services
      - Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support platforms
