      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential merchants and key decision makers across assigned accounts
      - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls (65+ per day), emails, and other channels
      - Partner closely with Account Development teammates to advance qualified opportunities
      - Tailor messaging and discovery based on merchant needs and solution fit
      - Strengthen consultative discovery and value-based storytelling skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound outreach or sales development
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving and work management
      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and learn quickly
