      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for National Accounts, Regional Sales, and Oncology teams
      - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
      - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training materials and assess learning needs
      - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
      - Assist in the planning and execution of training at New Product Accelerator and National Sales Meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree required
      - 3-5+ years in sales with IDN account management exposure
      - Experience developing and implementing successful training programs
      - Comprehensive knowledge of acute and non-acute healthcare markets and customer challenges
      - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and SFDC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in instructional design
      - Working knowledge of adult learning principles
      - Sophisticated understanding of healthcare buying and contracting processes
      - Proven sales track record and project management skills
      - Ability to communicate the MDS-wide value proposition message
