      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of complex agreements
      - Develop effective multi-year negotiation strategies
      - Lead highly complex cross-functional teams and sourcing projects
      - Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
      - Develop and execute category strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
      - In-depth knowledge and experience in managing the procurement of indirect spend categories
      - Strong negotiation skills
      - Clear and effective written and verbal communication
      - Knowledge of contracting best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in credit, contingent labor, or marketing
      - Knowledge of business ethics and ethical sourcing requirements
      - Experience with a Source to Pay platform
