What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver on-site training sessions, acting as a "train-the-trainer" resource for internal members and end users
- Conduct safety walk-throughs at customer facilities to identify hazards and compliance gaps
- Educate clients on OSHA and EPA compliance requirements with actionable recommendations
- Champion the STUD-E platform and mobile app to drive effective adoption and usage
- Support sales teams during customer visits, presentations, and live demonstrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Environmental Safety, Safety, Industrial Supervision, or Operations Management
- OR sales-related education with demonstrated business acumen and soft skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OSHA training or certifications
- Experience with safety audits, hazard recognition, or compliance assessments
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
