What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the admissions officer with marketing communications to promote the Occupational Therapy program
- Support faculty, staff, and students within the Occupational Therapy program
- Manage small to mid-level projects or events and respond to departmental inquiries
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking
- Undertake special projects or duties as assigned to meet specific office needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some applicable educational, technical, or professional experience required
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and support an inclusive culture
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with various software, such as Microsoft Office
- Training will be provided as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and interest in social media, content creation, photography, video editing, and graphic design
