      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in updating SharePoint materials with current events and information
      - Provide logistical support for classroom activities, including preparing materials and tracking attendance
      - Prepare and analyze survey data to support DEI initiatives
      - Support the mentorship program and other project-based tasks throughout the year
      - Collaborate with team members to create presentations and materials for various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student attending classes at an accredited college or university
      - Enrollment in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students; four-semester units or six quarter units for graduate students
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Must reside in California and work must be performed in the state of California
      - Must possess discretion when handling sensitive topics and information
