What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write scripts to quality check data to be loaded into the center's database
- Assist with the improvement of the Center's web interface and databases
- Modify and develop scripts for database and web interface functionality
- Work collaboratively with a team to process earthquake strong motion data
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student attending an accredited institution
- Enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduates; four-semester units or six quarter units for graduates
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Knowledge of web development
- Knowledge of working with MySQL databases
