What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Center for the Arts team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for program documentation and event materials
- Assist with developing and documenting internal processes to improve organizational efficiency
- Track event and program details, ensuring deadlines are met and logistics are coordinated
- Maintain databases of partners, artists, volunteers, and donors, ensuring information is current and accessible
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work-study as part of financial aid package
- Experience in organizing information and writing
- Strong writing and communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work with limited direction and manage changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience streamlining processes
- Familiarity with programs like MS Word, Google Docs, and Mondays.com
- Good problem-solving skills and research abilities
- Ability to organize information into groups and categories
