      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for faculty, staff, and students regarding disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
      - Coordinate intake and case management for reported misconduct and support community members' needs
      - Conduct investigations into reported misconduct and ensure timely resolution of cases
      - Advise hearing boards and serve as University Hearing Officer
      - Develop and implement internal policies and procedures related to student conduct

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge equivalent to one or two years of post-bachelor degree work, such as a Master's in Administration or Behavioral Science
      - One to three years of related work experience in administration, program development, or personnel training
      - Written and verbal fluency in a foreign language may be required
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple processes and work across systems with competing goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One to three years of experience in student conduct (academic, personal, or student organization)
      - Familiarity with restorative and/or transformative justice practices
      - Working knowledge of higher education law, FERPA, and database management systems
      - Experience in crisis management within higher education settings
      - Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate effectively
