What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update views weekly using SQL for appeal code tracking and analysis
- Build and maintain audience segmentation queries in Snowflake for various campaigns
- Assist in data validation for campaigns, verifying donor records within Salesforce Ascend
- Investigate and troubleshoot data issues by analyzing query logic
- Document query logic and maintain clear workflows for repeatable processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and ability to write SQL queries
- Comfortable troubleshooting query results and explaining logic clearly
- Ability to format and organize large datasets in Excel while maintaining data integrity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data validation and donor record management
- Familiarity with Salesforce Ascend or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign performance analysis
- Previous experience in a fundraising or higher education environment
