What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancements in ServiceNow
- Develop and write new knowledge articles based on requests
- Update existing knowledge articles through routine maintenance
- Communicate with subject matter experts to verify information
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook for effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrollment in classes as part of an SNHU degree program
- Access to a personal computer and the Internet
- Access to Microsoft Teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and efficient communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a service environment
- Familiarity with technical writing practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar platforms
