      Position Specific Summary

      This position will collaborate with programmers as a member of the coordinating center team supporting the NIH-funded clinical research study, Exercise and Nutrition Interventions to Improve Cancer Treatment-Related Outcomes (ENICTO). ENICTO consists of four large multi-center clinical studies evaluating exercise and nutrition interventions during cancer treatment on cancer outcomes.

      Essential duties include:
      • Collaborate on design and implementation of interactive web-based dashboards (e.g., R Shiny dashboards).
      • Analyze data based on statistical analysis plan under general guidance from the lead statistician(s).
      • Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

      Standard Position Description
      • The student will provide advanced technical and/or computer support assistance.
      • Tasks may include: maintaining and operating technical systems, hardware, and network configuration, planning and coordinating projects and workshops for the department, , designing and maintaining AI-powered tools and agents, building and managing websites, assisting with prioritization and completion of daily operations, participating in the hiring, training, and supervision of other student employees.
      • Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
