What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make website updates and improvements as directed by the supervisor
- Complete website reports and documentation as directed by the supervisor
- Respond to internal customers as guided by the supervisor
- Work within Ivanti, the website job ticketing system, and keep it updated with work progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment as a student at one of the Universities of Wisconsin
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
- Basic understanding of website content management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with website content management systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Ivanti
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
