What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard, create, maintain, and monitor subcontractor data, compliance, and agreements in applicable tracking systems
- Manage subcontractor job addendums and assist with subcontractor portal log-in and security applications
- Process and monitor subcontractor production reports and maintain certified payroll reports and related documentation
- Assist various departments in resolving subcontractor invoice issues and work closely with Accounts Payable for payroll processing
- Compile data and reports as required while maintaining confidentiality on all sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-facing role and office administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong analytical and observation skills for organizing and managing programs and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience with contract management
- Eager learner, open to adapting and taking on increased responsibility
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with general business mathematical skills
