      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert-level guidance and support in evaluating and optimizing business processes within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)
      - Conduct assessments of current operations and define future state concepts to advance organizational goals
      - Develop and implement new business processes while redesigning workflows to improve effectiveness
      - Monitor and sustain improvements to ensure alignment with VHA policies and strategic goals
      - Collaborate with VHA leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives meet operational and clinical requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a large-scale government integrated healthcare system, particularly in Veterans healthcare programs
      - Proven expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing healthcare business processes
      - Extensive experience with VHA Medical Center operations and knowledge of VISN structures
      - Strong understanding of clinical and administrative processes within the VHA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives in Federal healthcare systems
      - Knowledge of Federal healthcare policy development and implementation
      - Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI®), or related methodologies
