What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review claims, confirm liability, and negotiate settlements
- Present cases in small claims court on behalf of the client
- Develop resolution plans to recover payments on subrogation claims
- Interact with field staff and investigative agencies/vendors for documentation
- Monitor claims throughout the subrogation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- At least three (3) years of experience with insurance claims
- At least two (2) years of dedicated subrogation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience with insurance claims or subrogation
