What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system, including various modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting
- Coordinate upgrade and maintenance activities, particularly around regression testing with HR and IT departments
- Manage projects and process improvement activities to enhance the SuccessFactors platform
- Provide production support by researching and resolving issues from service delivery teams
- Generate reports and assist with data integration into the enterprise data warehouse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA or equivalent experience; degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred
- 2-4 years of experience working with HR information systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors' core platform capabilities and limitations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party systems such as payroll
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a collaborative environment
