      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with onboarding new customers by preparing success materials, documentation, and client communications
      - Learn the ins and outs of the employer's platform and support clients with product walk-throughs and usage guidance
      - Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify engagement trends and improvement opportunities
      - Maintain CRM records to ensure clear, personalized touchpoints across the customer journey
      - Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to deliver seamless service and elevate the customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited, non-profit, in-person college or university, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
      - Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
      - Organized, analytical, and comfortable working with digital platforms
      - A team player eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
      - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for learning
