      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct risk-focused financial analysis to evaluate insurer financial conditions and regulatory compliance
      - Review and analyze insurer regulatory filings, including acquisitions and restructuring requests
      - Mentor and lead financial analysts, promoting continuous improvement and professional development
      - Prepare detailed and informative documents and reports to support regulatory assessments
      - Maintain expertise in insurance regulatory matters, including statutory accounting principles and evolving best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
      - Minimum of 7-10+ years of relevant experience as a financial analyst, accountant, auditor, or examiner in the insurance regulatory field
      - Strong ethical behavior and adherence to professional standards
      - Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional designation (Accredited Financial Examiner (AFE), Certified Financial Examiner (CFE), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA))
      - Experience with TeamMate or similar analytical tools
