      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and manage the performance of contact center staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
      - Conduct interviews and recommend hiring or promotion of contact center personnel in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
      - Develop work schedules and assign duties to enhance team efficiency
      - Evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions, including disciplinary measures and performance improvement plans
      - Provide ongoing coaching and support to identify training needs and development opportunities for direct reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required
      - Supervisory or team lead experience in a remote contact center environment
      - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
      - Technical proficiency with remote work technologies and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
      - Familiarity with softphones, VPNs, CRMs, and remote workstation tools
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
