      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the work of call center staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
      - Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
      - Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure operational efficiency
      - Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions
      - Provide coaching and support to identify training needs and development opportunities for direct reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
      - Supervisory or team lead experience in a remote contact center environment
      - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
      - Technical proficiency with remote-work technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in process improvement, including identifying operational gaps and driving efficiency
      - Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to softphones, VPNs, CRMs, and remote workstation tools
